As a strategic designer, I think that clarity is one of the most important things you can have in a complicated system. Over the years, I've moved from doing visual work to a full-on strategic role, where I work closely with leaders and teams to link user experience with business impact, operational efficiency, and scale.
I’ve operated in highly complex and regulated environments, where decisions matter, mistakes are costly, and adoption is often the hardest challenge.
What drives me is not just creating solutions, but making sure they are understood, adopted, and sustained over time. I use design to make things less unclear, get everyone on the same page, and turn hard problems into plans that work in the real world.
